GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR THE PARENTS
• Please ensure that your ward brings the school diary to school every day.
• You are requested to attend all P.T.Ms. and school functions and take keen interest in overall development of the child.
• Encourage your ward to take a balanced interest in studies as well as co-curricular activities.
• You are requested not to visit your ward or teacher in classroom. For any information contact school reception or office.
• Please ensure your ward carries books and copies according to the time table or instructions provided to you or your ward.
• Students should report to the school on time. Timings for different sections are as follows :
Class 1 onwards 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
• School fees should be paid in cash or bank cheque or online by 10th of each month after that late fine will be charged. Fees or other charges once deposited will not be refunded.
• For leave, a written application is compulsory. Name of student will be struck off the rolls if he or she remain absent for a week or more without any intimation.
• It is compulsory for student to complete 75% attendance in a academic year to make him eligible for final exam.
• Student must obtain minimum 40% in all subjects to be declared passed.
• School may refuse to retain a student who shows by his day to day work or result in the exam that he or she cannot benefit from the education imparted in the school.
• The decision of school authorities with regard to promotion and admission will be final.
• The uniform as per the prescribed design, pattern and colour is compulsory for all the students. Please refer school diary for details.
CELEBRATION OF BIRTHDAYS / SPECIAL DAYS
• Parents are requested not to send gifts, cake, or any expensive items to celebrate birthdays in school.
• Parents may send candies or small bars of chocolate to be distributed in class.
• Contributing a book to the school library to mark the occasion will be appreciated.
• Parents are requested not to send any gifts for teachers or other staff.
ATTENDANCE
• Parents are requested to ensure that their wards attend school regularly, are punctual and wear proper uniform.
• Attendance on the first day and last day of each term is mandatory.
• They are required to fill up the “Leave Record” page at the end of their school diary if their ward is absent.
• Parents should not send their wards to school if the child is unwell.
• In case a student is suffering from any contagious illness, the quarantine period must be covered and the child will be allowed to join school only on submission of a Medical Fitness Certificate.
• A Medical Certificate must be submitted in case of absence for any illness which lasts 3 days or more.
EARLY DEPARTURE FROM SCHOOL
• Parents are requested to avoid taking their wards during school hours except in case of an emergency.
• In such a case, they are required to collect a valid permission slip signed by the Principal/Vice Principal.
REMEDIAL CLASSES
• Remedial classes for students who need extra help in a subject / subjects can be arranged in consultation with the Department Head. Parents are required to submit an application in writing addressed to the Principal for the same.
• PARENTS MUST NOT APPROACH THE SCHOOL TEACHERS FOR ANY PRIVATE TUITION.
LUNCH
• Parents are expected to give healthy LUNCH to their wards keeping in mind the age appropriate nutritional requirements.
• Avoid sending of lunchboxes during the lunch breaks.
FEE RULES
• Fees for the entire academic year will also be accepted at the School Office.
• Fees once paid will not be refundable for any reason whatsoever.
• Late fine will be charged as per the norm.

• Cheque return charges will be Rs. 500/- per instance (for any reason).

• Rs. 1000/- will be charged for issue of any duplicate documents.
• Official documents will be withheld unless all dues are cleared.
SCHOOL UNIFORM RULES
• Students must wear the prescribed school uniform. Students accompanying their parents on PTMs must also come in their school uniform.
• It is compulsory to wear school ID cards.
• No valuables are to be worn to school.
• Girls may wear simple ear studs.
• Nose pins are not allowed.
• Nails must be kept short and clean. Nail polish and mehndi are not allowed.
• Students are not allowed to put on facial make-up, or sport tattoos or use tinted lip balm.
Hair must be kept neat and tidy. Hair below shoulder length must be neatly tied using only simple black hair bands and clips.
• Boys cannot sport long hair.
• Fancy haircuts, hair styling, dyeing, highlighting etc. are strictly not allowed.
• Senior boys are expected to be clean shaven at all time.
SCHOOL BUS SERVICES RULES
• Use of the school bus is optional.
• Parents who discontinue the use of school transport for any reason, will not be allowed to avail bus service facility again in the same academic year.
• School transport facility once availed must be continued for 6 months at least. Any discontinuation of the same has to be intimated to the school office in the prescribed format one month in advance before the following installment/month becomes chargeable.
• Parents are requested to cooperate with the school in case of delay of the school bus services due to any school activities, functions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
• Fees once paid will not be refunded for any reason whatsoever.
• Cooperation from parents of students availing school bus facility is expected to ensure that their wards reach the boarding points on time.
• In case parents wish to pick up their wards who otherwise avail school transport, written information must be communicated to the class teacher through the school diary.
• The School will not be responsible for independent transport arrangements used by parents. Parents are strictly advised to verify the credentials of pool cars / other arrangements before using them as modes of transport for their wards.
